PPC Rangliste

What is it?

PPC Rangliste is our new ranking system that makes padel more competitive, structured, and fun. It’s designed so players of every level can join without worrying about arranging partners or ending up in mismatched games. You sign up alone, get paired automatically, and play against opponents at your level. Results are tracked by the chess-based ELO rating system, giving you a fair ranking that continuously updates.

Why join?

  • No hassle: You don’t need to gather three other players—just sign up alone and you’ll be matched automatically.
  • Fair competition: The Danish self-rated level system is unreliable, and matches with strangers often end up unbalanced. The ELO rating system fixes this by creating fair matchups based on your results.
  • Track progress: Every result counts toward the public ranking list. You can follow your progress week by week and aim to climb the ladder instead of just playing casual matches.

How it works

  • Sign up: Register individually each week through Bookli under “Events → PPC Rangliste.”
  • When: Matches are every Saturday 9:00–11:00 (more times will come later).
  • Scoring: We use the chess-based ELO system. Win and you gain points, lose and you drop points.
  • Season: Points carry through October to February. At the end, the top-ranked player wins the prize.
  • Free trial: To celebrate PPC’s birthday, all Saturdays in October are free—two hours of padel at no cost while the system calibrates your level.
