 INTRO

Welcome to Efterår 2026 — our 3rd season of club licensed DPF League teams here at Padel Professor Club.

We now have 42 teams with PPC as their home club, from which 18 of them are club licensed, making us the club in Jutland with the most DPF League teams based here — a strong signal of the engagement and support around our setup.

Our club licensed DPF League teams are named PPC Ladies 1, PPC Ladies 2, PPC Ladies 3, and onward. Membership in these club licensed teams provides exclusive benefits and pricing not available to non-club licensed teams, even if they have selected PPC as their home club.

What's new for Efterår 2026 (vs Efterår 2026):

 

    • Teams now operate with a defined core ('stamme') of players — the core defines the roster, appoints the captain, and manages substitutes for training sessions and matches.
    • The training setup for ladies teams is: 1 coach, 1 court, 4 players per session.

    • That number of spots remains fixed throughout the entire season. If players cannot attend a session, the team is responsible for finding an appropriate substitute.
    • A new app will handle sign-ups, team requests (training sessions and clothing), home matches scheduling, and individual payments — no more MobilePay + email flow.
    • Teams can optionally include new match balls for the matches after the training sessions as part of their package.

TEAMS STRUCTURE & HOME MATCHES

For Efterår 2026, we take a clear step forward from last season.

Each team’s core (the “stamme”) defines the setup — roster, captain, and chosen training option.

The stamme remains stable across seasons to preserve level and chemistry, and handles any player changes.

The club remains available as a sparring partner when needed, including support with TryOuts.

The goal is greater team ownership, with a setup that fits each team.

Home matches

  • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at any time

Captain role

The captain supports that matches are being put in the system, makes sure the team is ready for each match, and acts as the main point of contact with the club.

  • Access to training with PPC professional coaches at heavily discounted rates
  • No extra costs: team license, balls for home matches, and up to 6 PPC t-shirts per team are included in the price
  • Automatic free membership for double court bookings from Monday to Friday until 16hs and Saturdays from 14 to 16hs
  • Free ball machine usage (court not included)
  • Access to discounted two-on-one lessons at PPC (two players should join) – 200kr per player on the weekdays until 5pm. Weekends all day depending on availability
  • Season-long equipment discounts at PPC
  • Besides the included PPC t-shirts, you can order discounted extra clothing so your team looks sharp both on and off the court
  • Free Americano event and social finale at season end

Lunar Package WITH TRAINING - all included

Training focuses on tactical development, technical advice, and team coordination throughout a dedicated 12 sessions program.

Last season, around 120 players trained with us on a regular basis — a strong indicator of the quality and consistency of our training environment

In Efterår 2026, teams choose to get training at

14.900 kr per team

The price is per team and is split among the players who will participate in the training.

Group formats

  • 1 coach – 1 courts – 4 players per session

Session format

  • 1 hour technical and tactical drills with a coach

  • 1 hour training match play

    Training slots: to be announced — schedule will be published before the sign-up deadline.

    Payment structure

    Once the captain has declared in PPC App which players will be part of the training, each participating player will be charged their share individually through the app. Only the players who take part in training share the training fee.

    Important

    👉 If a player cannot attend a session, the team is responsible for finding a replacement of similar level. The team has pre-paid for their training spots, so the team is free to charge the replacement any amount they agree on. The club will not be involved in finding replacements — this ensures the team keeps full control over who joins, protecting both the level of training and the team's internal dynamic. No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

    👉 Training programs are designed by The Padel Professor Club and based on our coaching experience from Argentina, Spain, Denmark and the United States. Only teams registered for DPF Ligaen at Padel Professor Club are eligible for these training programs. Teams competing in the DPF League at other clubs cannot book this training package.

     Lunar Package WITHOUT TRAINING

    PRICE PER TEAM: 4.699 kr

    This is a per-team fee, split among the players of the team. We recommend 6 players per team — giving roughly 783 kr per player — but the team decides freely how many players to be. There is no maximum number of players.

    Important: Up to 6 PPC t-shirts are included in this fee. If the team is larger than 6 players, additional t-shirts must be purchased separately.

    Payment structure

    Once the captain has declared the team on our new app, and has chosen the type of package and the players to split the payment with, each player will be charged individually  for their share through the app. The captain does not need to collect payments from teammates.

    Important

    👉 There are no refunds of season fees for DPF League participation. Many club benefits beyond match play are included in the fee

    SIGN-UP & PAYMENT FLOW

    All sign-ups and payments for Efterår 2026 will run through our new web app: PPC App. Teams already belong to PPC — individual players sign up, and the captain selects the players who will be part of the team.

    Step by step:

    1. Players sign up individually through the web app.
    2. The captain confirms the team roster.
    3. The captain declares: (a) with or without training; (b) which players will take part in training (and therefore share the training fee).
    4. The system calculates each player's individual share and charges each player separately.
    5. Once every player in the team has paid, the app will allow the captain to proceed with booking the home matches.

    Clothing

    Each team package already includes up to 6 PPC t-shirts. Below is the reference pricing for those who wish to purchase additional clothing.

    👉 For Efterår 2026, the brand and models may be different from previous seasons, but we keep the same quality and pricing every season. Final models for this season are still being selected.

    👉 Clothing items include the PPC logo, except shorts and skirts

    👉 We do not handle custom printing, but we can connect you with a provider if your team wants names added

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Do we have to book training this season? No. Training is optional for every team in Efterår 2026. Each team decides freely whether to book the training package.

    How many players can our team have? As many as you want. There is no maximum. The team fee (4.699 kr) is split among the players you include. Up to 6 PPC t-shirts are included — additional shirts are purchased separately if the team is larger than 6.

    Can we rotate players in and out of training? Yes. The team decides which players participate in training and how many players will share the training fee.

    For example, a team that books 4 spots can have 4 players or rotate between 6 players across the 12 sessions — it’s entirely up to the team.

    The total training cost is then split equally among those players. Individual custom splits are not possible.

    What happens if a player can't attend a training session? The team finds the replacement. You've already paid for the spot, so the team is free to charge the replacement any amount you agree on. The club is not involved in finding replacements — this keeps the level and the team dynamic under your control.
