Terms and Conditions for PPC Memberships at Padel Professor Club
Rangliste Membership
These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the Rangliste Membership offered by Padel Professor Club.
1 – Monthly price:
The price is set at 249 DKK per month. The membership becomes active immediately upon purchase.
2 – Validity:
The membership includes:
• Free double court bookings from Monday to Friday between 06:00–16:00.
• Free registration for Rangliste events: Saturday and Sunday at any time, and Monday to Friday between 06:00–16:00.
• Holidays are excluded.
3 – Sign-up fee:
No sign-up fee is charged.
4 – Cost distribution:
Rangliste membership only covers the member’s own share of the court booking cost. If additional players with an active membership are added to the booking, their cost share will also be waived.
Ball fees are not included in this membership.
5 – Maximum number of active bookings paid by subscription:
Up to three active bookings paid with the subscription are allowed at the same time.
A new subscription booking is only possible after one of the active bookings has been fully used.
6 – Showing up to events:
If you register for an event using the membership and do not show up, or cancel after the cancellation deadline, the club may charge you the full participation cost for the court, corresponding to four players, to cover the financial loss caused by your absence. This ensures responsible sign-up to events and prevents disruption for the other three players.
If you provide a replacement player and notify the club before the event starts, you will only be charged the participation cost corresponding to the replacement player instead of the full court cost.
7 – Limitations of use:
The subscription cannot be used for events, training sessions, workshops, or any other activities not explicitly covered under the validity rules above.
8 – Personal use:
The subscription is personal and cannot be shared.
If a replacement player takes the place of a member in a booking (for example unexpected absence), this must be communicated to the club by email before play begins.
Failure to notify will be considered misuse.
9 – Penalty for misuse:
All co-players must be registered accurately in the booking.
Misuse of the subscription, including sharing with others or similar violations, will result in a penalty of 500 DKK per unauthorized player on the court.
Misuse will be monitored and enforced at club level.
10 – Payment for customers without a subscription:
Players without an active subscription must pay full price for their own share of the booking.
11 – Payment terms and notice period:
Rangliste membership is billed monthly. A 30-day notice period applies to cancellation.
Example: If cancellation is submitted no later than June 30, 2024, the membership will remain valid until July 31, 2024.
